We have one goal:
We want to keep you longer on your trails while minimizing the time on your tools.
Already confirmed by our customers and magazines, the Zero shines with clever detailed solutions and well thought-out geometry.
Nothing is known to be more constant than change – so we made the CW Zero 27.5 “even better and put it on bigger wheels. Off to the next round!
Here you get a little preview. All further information will follow as soon as the first series frames are ready!
Where did the idea for our Zero actually come from?
Even today, hardtails are still up-to-date – in the past, we conquered the first trails on rigid bikes without suspension and swept the riding technique. Nowadays hardtails are perfect all-rounders. No matter whether you want to go quickly on the surrounding trails in the forest, the way to work is covered or we go on a multi-hour tour with friends of average racing cyclists at average speeds beyond 20 – 25 km/h. The Zero does everything – and doesn’t even shy away from turning into a thick downhill route.
We personally also like to use the time between two appointments or during the afternoon nap of our children.
And for all that you need a bike that can be handled confidently in any driving situation, rolls quickly and is of course a lot of fun.
Here you will find the new geometry and specification.
But what does it take to cover everything from trail to daily commute?
First of all, we wanted a deep-drawn top tube – sufficient legroom was particularly important to us on technical descents. In the end, the clear lines from top tube to rear triangle also impressed us visually. At the same time, we wanted to sit as relaxed and upright as possible on the bike to roll relaxed to the next trail or through the forest.
Furthermore, we have remained true to our internal cable routing. The lines for the brakes and drive run straight to the destination and are therefore protected from dirt. There is also an internal guide for retractable seat posts.
At the rear, the 12 x 148 mm thru axle provides the necessary rigidity. Either 29 “x 2.4 tires or 650b Plus tires with a width of up to 2.8” can be installed.
Oh yes and our Zero is also completely manufactured in Germany.
